Professional Development and Leadership Foundation (PDAL Foundation), is a non-profit organization with an aim to provide knowledge, guidance to the professionals of AEC and Real Estate Industry and to spread awareness about the industry.

PDAL Foundation aims to achieve its objectives through activities related to education, training, skill development, career guidance, mentorship, business networking and awareness campaigns.

The Foundation organizes awareness seminars, career conclaves, job fairs, mentorship programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions aimed at fostering professional growth of Architects and nurturing future leaders within the industry.
